Service availability and jurisdiction

toyib accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through multiple payment methods: DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and direct bank transfer (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). These are third-party payment processors; we do not hold your funds. When you deposit, your money goes directly to a segregated payment account. When you withdraw, we route your request to your chosen payment processor, which then settles funds to your account.

We process withdrawal requests in order and do not delay payouts on our side. Settlement time depends on your payment processor (usually instant for e-wallets, one to two business days for bank transfers). We are not responsible for delays caused by your payment processor or your bank. If a withdrawal does not arrive, check with your payment provider first.

Prohibited conduct on toyib

We prohibit the following: accessing toyib from a prohibited jurisdiction, using a fake identity or fraudulent documents, colluding with other players to manipulate games, using automated bots or scripts, exploiting system bugs or glitches, attempting to manipulate odds or payout systems, and money laundering or funding illegal activity through toyib.

If we detect prohibited conduct, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account and forfeit any balance. We may also report suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities. Our detection includes automated monitoring, manual review, and third-party audits.

Our liability limits

toyib is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of malware. We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, loss of data, emotional distress). Our liability is limited to the amount you have deposited on toyib in the past 12 months, or the value of your current balance, whichever is lower.

This limit applies unless prohibited by local law. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, in which case our liability is governed by your local law.

How to resolve disputes

If you have a dispute about a game outcome, payout, or account issue, contact our support team with your ticket number or session ID. We investigate disputes within five business days and respond with our findings. If you remain unsatisfied, you may escalate to our legal team via email. All disputes are handled confidentially.
