Account and registration
Open a toyib account in four steps. First, visit our account registration pageenter a username, email, password, and mobile number. Second, we send a verification code to your email; confirm it. Third, upload a scanned copy of your Indonesian ID card (KTP) and a selfie for identity verification (KYC). Our verification team reviews these documents, typically within minutes. Fourth, once approved, select a deposit method (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet bank transfer) and fund your account. We require two documents for KYC verification: a valid Indonesian ID card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk) and a recent selfie holding your KTP. The KTP must be clear, unblurred, and show all text and the photo. The selfie must show your face and the ID card together, taken within the last 30 days. If you do not have a KTP (for example, if you are a recent resident of Jakarta, Surabaya, or Bandung), contact our support team to discuss alternative documents. We do not accept expired IDs or copies without the original photograph. Verification typically takes minutes, but during peak periods (e.g., after Idul Fitri or Idul Adha holidays) may take up to one business day.
toyib does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. When you deposit via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or mobile banking, the amount you enter is the amount that arrives in your toyib wallet. When you request a withdrawal, the full balance goes to your chosen payment method with no deduction. Bank transfers (local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking) may carry a small network fee depending on your bank, but toyib absorbs that cost. Settlement time varies: e-wallets settle instantly, bank transfers typically within one business day. We process all withdrawal requests in order, and we do not delay or hold funds on our side.
Payments and transactions
If a deposit fails, your money is automatically refunded to your payment method within one to two business days. Your toyib account balance does not change. If a withdrawal fails or times out, your balance is returned to your toyib account. Common reasons for failure include insufficient balance, network interruption, or a block from your bank or payment provider. Check your payment method's transaction history to confirm the status. If funds are missing or a transaction shows as "pending" longer than expected, contact our support team with your transaction ID. We investigate and provide a status update within one business day. For bank transfers during holidays (Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, or Imlek), settlement may take an extra day due to bank closures.
Games and odds
RTP stands for Return to Player. It is a percentage that describes how much a slot game pays back to players over a very large number of spins. For example, an RTP of 96 per cent means that over thousands of spins, the game returns an average of 96 cents for every rupiah wagered. The remaining 4 per cent is the house edge (the platform's profit margin). Before you can withdraw bonus funds or winnings from bonus play, you must complete a wagering requirement — for example, wagering the bonus amount five times across any game category. Security and support
To request deletion of your personal data, contact our support team at [email protected] with your account email and a clear statement that you wish to delete your data. Include your username. Our privacy team acknowledges your request within two business days and begins the deletion process. We retain financial transaction records (deposits, withdrawals, wagers) for seven years to comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations; these records are not deleted. However, personal identifying information (name, address, phone, identity documents) is securely deleted after the retention period, or sooner upon your request if there is no legal reason to retain it. Once deletion is complete, we send you a confirmation email. You cannot log in or recover your account after deletion.
