Installation paths for toyib
We offer three ways to access our platform: direct Android APK download, iOS browser-based access (with add-to-home-screen option), and a responsive web app. Choose based on your device and preference. All three paths use the same backend, so your account, balance, and transaction history are identical across devices.

App vs browser: when to use each
Our native app offers push notifications (alerts for live-game odds changes, payout confirmations, cashback offers), offline account caching (your balance displays even before the server loads), and faster table loading (preloaded video streams). The app also uses less bandwidth on weak connections because it compresses images and video by default.
The web browser is ideal if you prefer not to install software, want to switch between toyib and other tasks quickly, or use a device that does not support app installation. Both paths stream live-dealer feeds identically, so video quality and dealer interaction are the same. Device compatibility and requirements
Our toyib app runs on Android 7.0 and later (covering devices from approximately 2016 onwards). iOS users need iOS 12.0 or later. For web access, any modern browser works: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge on any platform. We recommend devices with at least 2 GB of RAM and a stable internet connection (3G, 4G, or WiFi) for smooth live-dealer video streaming.
Common installation issues and fixes
Android: if the app does not install, check that "Unknown Sources" (or "Install from Unknown Sources") is enabled in Settings → Security. Clear your browser cache and re-download the APK. If installation still fails, try using a file manager to navigate to your Downloads folder and tap the APK file directly. Some devices require you to grant storage permission before installation.
iOS: if Safari does not show "Add to Home Screen", ensure you are viewing our toyib site over HTTPS (secure connection). Tap the Share button (bottom-right), scroll down, and select "Add to Home Screen." If prompted about certificate trust, tap "Allow"—this is standard for web apps.
Web: if the page loads slowly, clear your browser cache (Settings → Clear Browsing Data) and try a different WiFi network. If video streams do not play, ensure JavaScript is enabled and your browser is up to date. Contact our support team via live chat if issues persist.
Data, permissions, and account security on toyib
When you install our toyib app, we request permissions for camera (ID verification selfie), storage (app cache), and network (sportsbook and table data). All permissions are optional except network. We do not access your contacts, photos, or location. Your account credentials are encrypted and stored locally on your device; we never transmit your password in plain text.
All deposits and withdrawals use HTTPS encryption. Your session token expires after subject to verification of inactivity, requiring you to log in again—a standard security measure. If you lose your device, log in from another device and change your password immediately. Our support team can flag your account for review if unusual activity is detected.
Data usage and streaming optimisation
Our app auto-detects your connection speed and adjusts video quality accordingly. On 3G, live-dealer feeds stream at lower bitrate to save data; on 4G and WiFi, video is full quality. A typical one-hour live-dealer session uses 100–200 MB. You can manually toggle "Low Data Mode" in app settings to further reduce streaming quality and bandwidth consumption.
All images are lazy-loaded (they load only when you scroll to them), and app caching stores your account balance locally so the app loads instantly on subsequent opens. If you run out of storage space, uninstall the app and reinstall it—cached data will be cleared, but your account and balance remain on our servers.
