How toyib E-Wallet connects to your account
When you open toyib on your phone, the app detects which E-Wallet apps you have installed. On Android, we read your DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment presence and offer a one-tap link to each. On iOS, we guide you through your phone's browser to authorize the same wallets. Once linked, your E-Wallet balance appears in toyib as a funding source.
Deposits flow directly from your E-Wallet to your toyib account. We do not hold your money; it lands in your balance immediately so you can start playing live dealer games or placing selections on Liga 1 matches. Withdrawals reverse the path: you request a payout from toyib, confirm the amount in your linked E-Wallet app, and the funds settle within a standard processing window.

Payment methods we support
toyib accepts five major E-Wallet brands across Indonesia: mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and mobile banking. We also support direct bank transfers via local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, and local payment codes for users who prefer not to link a wallet. The E-Wallet methods are fastest because they sit on your phone already; you authorize each deposit or withdrawal with one fingerprint or PIN.
We prioritize online payment and e-wallet because they have the widest reach across Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, and Semarang. If you use mobile banking or local payment, the link process is identical: open toyib, tap "Add payment method," select your wallet, and authorize. online payment works the same way and is useful if you prefer a government-backed option.
e-wallet codes work across all methods
If you do not want to link an app, scan a mobile banking code at the deposit screen and your default E-Wallet app opens to confirm. No extra steps, no account switches.

Why E-Wallet deposits are faster
Traditional bank transfers can take hours because they route through clearing systems. Our E-Wallet deposits are peer-to-peer: your wallet talks directly to toyib's merchant account, so your balance updates in seconds. This matters during big tournaments like Idul Fitri when you want to catch a live match without delay.
Because E-Wallet deposits are instant, you also see your balance on every screen—live blackjack table, roulette studio, Liga 1 odds page—without refresh delays. The sync is real-time, so if you withdraw mid-evening, your toyib balance drops immediately and your E-Wallet refund arrives within your account's standard verification window.
Withdrawal requests and settlement
Withdrawals work in reverse: go to your account menu, tap "Withdraw," select your linked E-Wallet, and enter the amount you want to cash out. toyib sends the request to your E-Wallet provider, and they confirm receipt within a few minutes. Your E-Wallet app will show a notification, and you authorize the final step with your PIN or fingerprint.
Settlement times depend on the E-Wallet provider and whether your account has passed full verification. Most online payment and e-wallet withdrawals settle within a standard window; mobile banking and local payment may take slightly longer if they queue high-volume requests. We always show the estimated window on the withdrawal confirmation screen so you know what to expect.
Account verification and payment limits
toyib requires standard verification to link an E-Wallet: confirm your phone number, provide your ID number, and answer a few security questions. This takes a few minutes on your first login. Once verified, your withdrawal and account preferences open up; unverified accounts have lower caps to protect against fraud.
Each E-Wallet provider (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) has its own daily and monthly limits. If you hit your E-Wallet's cap, you can switch to another linked wallet or use a direct bank transfer via mobile banking, local payment, or online payment. We show all limits clearly in your account settings so you never hit a surprise ceiling mid-session.
E-Wallet features on Piala Indonesia match days
During Piala Indonesia fixtures, toyib's E-Wallet integration shines. You can deposit five minutes before kickoff, sit at a live roulette table while watching the match odds update, and withdraw your winnings without closing the app. Because deposits are instant, thousands of players in Jakarta, Surabaya, and Medan can join the same live session without payment bottlenecks.
Our E-Wallet system handles spikes: during peak match times (Friday and Saturday evenings), we route transactions through redundant payment gateways so no one waits for a deposit to clear. The same goes for withdrawals during holidays like Idul Adha, when many players cash out and reinvest their balance.

Security and dispute resolution
Our E-Wallet links use encryption and OAuth so toyib never stores your wallet credentials. When you deposit, your E-Wallet provider handles the transaction; we only receive a confirmation token. If a deposit fails, we issue an automatic refund within your standard window because we never touch your balance directly.
Disputes are rare because E-Wallet transactions are logged on both sides: your wallet app shows the toyib merchant ID, and our servers log the exact confirmation time. If you claim a deposit did not arrive, we pull the transaction receipt from your E-Wallet provider and reconcile within hours. Withdrawals are equally traceable: you authorize a specific amount to a specific wallet, and we can show you proof that we sent it.
Your E-Wallet provider is your first contact
If a withdrawal does not appear in your e-wallet or mobile banking account, check your E-Wallet app first. If it shows pending, the settlement is in progress. If it shows rejected, contact your E-Wallet support; we are not in that chain.
